It's a world class venue in the heart of Auckland, and an asset to the city. Good size, good food and drink stalls and a good outdoor area. Most seats have a good view of the stage, though my only gripe would be that the seats verge on the cheap side and so can be a little uncomfortable.

Just got back from Disney on Ice at the Vector and it rocked! Good mix of ice-skating and the usual Disney characters - even my 3 year old monster-for-a-son sat enraptured by it all. Looking forward to the next time they come with the characters from Cars & Tinker Bell.

I've been to the Vector Arena a handful of times for totally different events (The Wiggles, Disney on Ice, Coldplay) and been impressed each time. The seating is spot on (if a little uncomfortable), the view from each seat are great, really quick to get in and out, loads of toilets - what more do you need?
