Tenpin Manukau

I took my two kids to play some games and have lunch. I was shocked with the food bar, going through renovations but it wasn't very inviting and the food was not good at all. Nachos had no flavor and for the price the portion size was small, the burgers were cold, only nice thing was the chips.
It was a bummer because I don't live far and would have preferred tenpin to have the same standard food wise and entertainment wise as the AMF panmure which is where I normally go but have since moved.and wanted a closer outing for my kids.
The video games for the kids were boring and very small, some didn't work. AMF panmure food price is the same but bigger portions and definitely better tasting. Customer service needs to learn customer service.

Suggestion:
1.Get new cooks and hurry with the renovations
2.Add video games that take tokens and add specials $1 a game is a ripoff especially with broken boring ones
3.Hire staff that don't leave a customer waiting for them to finish their texting, that's just rude.
