The 10th Taste Festival in Auckland is going to be a major celebration - taking place at the new venue of Queens Wharf from 1 – 4 November.

This feature-packed festival is your opportunity to get fully immersed in the best of our food and drink scene in a fun-filled afternoon or evening. Spend a day on Auckland’s iconic waterfront, dining on signature dishes from some of our best restaurants. Get up close and personal with your favourite chefs, taste your way through amazing wines, craft beers and cocktails. Discover new treats, try one of our interactive classes or luxuriate in a VIP experience. Enjoy all this while being inspired by the sights and sounds of the festival village.

Shaping up to be an impressive restaurant line-up, big names already confirmed to take part include Sid Sahrawat (Sidart & Cassia), Nick Honeyman (Paris Butter), Nobu Lee (Clooney), Kyle Street and Jordan Macdonald (Culprit, Lowbrow), Sergio Maglione (Farina), Cameron Knox (Xoong), Dariush Lolaiy and Rebecca Smidt (Cazador), and Ben Bayly and Juan Balsani (Baduzzi).

Newly announced, festivalgoers will now also get to enjoy some of the best music acts in the country including Tami Neilson, Hollie Smith, Barnaby Weir & Friends, Sola Rosa Sound System, Hopetoun Brown, Laughton Kora and Omega Levine, all set to perform on the outdoor stage against the stunning backdrop of the Waitemata Harbour.

Opening on the Thursday night are hip hop soul duo Hopetoun Brown complete with full six piece band, followed by Sola Rosa Sound System and Omega Levine on the Friday night, Barnaby Weir & Friends on the Saturday afternoon, country songstress Tami Neilson hot off the back of her sold out show at the Auckland Town Hall on the Saturday night, and Laughton Kora and a stripped back Hollie Smith on the Sunday afternoon.

Shop-a-holic? Taste has you covered with over 120 artisans with everything from champagne to chocolate, cheese to cold brew. Meet the brewer, chat with the winemaker and get tips from the growers.

Taste of Auckland presented by Electrolux is now a predominately indoor event spread over 5,00 square metres at Queens Wharf. With stunning, uninterrupted views of the Waitemata Harbour and situated in the heart of downtown Auckland, Queens Wharf is a premier location, with easy access to plenty of public transport options.

Taking place over six sessions from Thursday evening to Sunday afternoon, Early Bird tickets to Taste of Auckland are on sale now (until 16 September). General Admission starts from just $25 and VIP tickets offering lounge access and views out to the Music Stage and harbour beyond from $95. A new ‘multi day pass’ has been created for those keen to explore more than one session and Corporate Hospitality packages are also available via the Lemongrass Productions office.
