Age Restrictions

This flowing class you will deepen your mind-body connection with a fusion of Pilates, Yoga & Qi Gong.

You will combine these techniques to expand your breath awareness, developing core-control, flexibility, strength and overall fitness.

A connection with “self” will also be encouraged, to soothe the nervous system, release stress, aid relaxation and create inner calm and overall wellbeing.

Suitable for students with Yoga or Pilates experience.
