I used to work here, and I can definately say that this is a fantastic place to take children to learn about the underwater world. I especially love when they feed the sharks or stingrays, you can learn a lot from the commentators, and ask questions too!
Took 2, 6 yr old girls to Kelly Tarlton's this past Sunday, they ceratinly had a blast, the loved basically everything about it, went round the penguins 3 times, loved the dress ups, sharks were scary but the stingrays being fed were the best with seahorses next.
Unfortunately Kelly Tarltons is in dire need of a make over pronto! The decor is completely dated, dirty and their marine life looked like they were planning their own escape. A disappointing and expensive trip.
Tween visited and absolutely loved it!! Took away loads of Lego prizes, as well as entering competitions.
We've been several times to Kelly Tarlton's, but this time they have really gone above and beyond in providing the entertainment for older kids, particularly boys.
The staff were friendly and my tween came away buzzing from the experience.
Thanks Kelly Tarltons!!
Great place for your kids to get close to all sorts of fish, sharks, sting ray and penguins. On the small side of things and fairly expensive for what it is - but definitely worth popping into if you have a spare hour.
