First post-World Cup match at Eden Park went very well - quickly into the stadium, only issue was the slow service trying to get a beer - took 25 minutes!

As much as I had hoped the powers that be had opted for the Waterfront stadium, I really like what they've done at Eden Park.
Went for the All Blacks Wallabies game over the weekend and had a great time. With everyone wearing back (except for the pocket of ockers) it's really a great atmosphere. Didn't have to wait to long for food/drink/toilets and staff very helpful.
Looking forward to hopefully a few more successes at Eden Park over the coming months.

I went to the Warriors vs. Parramatta game on Saturday at Eden Park. They should never have built the World Cup Stadium at Eden Park (White Elephant, limited use because of the residents restrictions). Building a Huge Stadium in a Suburban Area is bloody Ridiculous Decision. I felt like a Concentration Camp Prisoner being marched to gas Chamber with all the Metal Barriers, Megaphones blaring repeated messages and security staff barking instructions. They should have used the money to increase the capacity of Mount Smart and North Harbour Stadium.

The home of Auckland Rugby has a great atmosphere even when the weather is at its worst. I've watched some classic matches at Eden Park, and am looking forward to this years Bledisloe Cup test - go the ABs!
