Went to Karaoke a few times before where staff have always been friendly, however went last weekend was not impressed i asked for a glass of water and the staff member behind bar said another beer i said no water before i knew it he had opened beer and wanted to still charge me for it when i had said no in first place, aren't bar staff suposse to know better than that esp if someone has had to much to drink. Also wasnt impressed with it being way over crowed for such a small place and the amount of fights that broke out between young people. There toilets were disgusting and it says food avalible when i asked staff member said oh no went dont do food so why advertise that you do or is that just to get your liqour license. will never go back again
