I've now visited Franc's twice since opening last year and although service on my first visit was pretty slack to be honest, on this most recent visit really pleased to see it lift its game. The setting is awesome and certainly a key part as to why it's so busy especially over summer. The food is also pretty good fare - I had the buttermilk waffles…
