Finally got to Zus & Zo after hearing so may good things about it. Was very crowded when we drove past on a Friday morning, but went back around lunch time and got a seat easily. The croque madame is yummy - it looks big and I shared it with my Mum, but the bread is so light and tasty that it doesn't feel like too much, and the parma-type ham inside is delcious. Coffee was excellent, although perhaps a little on the small side? I'd like to go back and try something sweet next time.
Without question one of my favs. It seems there is never a dull moment with these guys and the food is oh so good. Zus & Zo has become a regular 'treat' - my tastebuds thank me but my waistline doesn't.

Finally had a chance to experience Zus & Zo today after attempting brunch here at least 3 times before, only to be put off by the crowds.
The wait was well worth it - coffee perfect and service exceptionally good - smiles everywhere! Not a huge selection on offer but I had the diet-smashing cheese omelette - well worth going for an hour run for! Let's hope we can avoid the crowds and get in again soon!
I took the little ones to Zus & Zo this morning after reading about it in the Herald. Cool vibe they've got going on there - seems to be a lot of great cafes and restaurants are cropping up around the place...could the recession be over!!!Zus & Zo is highly recommended - lot's of little goodies the kids acan tuck into and some exceptionally good coffee make the trip to Herne Bay well worthwhile.
Zus & Zo is my new favourite cafe! We we're driving along Jervois Road and my wife pointed out Zus and it was looking extremely busy so thought we'd try back again later in the day.
I had the prawn on toast and my wife, the Tuna salad - first class.
We'll be spreading the good word for sure
