A friend has just moved into the area and as I had heard good things about the fresh baked pastries at Voila I thought I would try some.Just after 8 am this morning I walked in through the bifold doors and up to the counter to purchase 2 Danishes.Two staff members were at the counter trying to sort something on the cash register.Neither one acknowledged my prescence and said they would be with me presently.as I was walking out they finally took notice.Have no reason to return.

I agree with you Peter. but it was used to be a very friendly cafe nearby to me. however, i found that their quality of services dropped down since 2010. i have no clue why?
sometimes, if they are too busy, they don't come to your table taking order like they used to.
but i also need to say that its coffee and food are still very nice, and services DO need to be improved. - Report
