Mark and Pauline Walynetz first begun the TriBeCa Restaurant & Bar in 1997, bringing to Auckland a touch of New York, the city that brought them together. Their classically genuine hospitality permeates throughout the TriBeCa experience.
Coupled with the high service and quality standards set by Mark and Pauline is the food prepared under the helm of head chef Hayden McMillian (ex Meredith's, The French Cafe and Vinnies) whose style of cooking is both inventive and highly assured. TriBeCa's menu changes seasonally and each item on the menu is a thoughtful representation of Hayden's passion for his craft.
