Tanpopo Ramen has been around on Anzac Avenue for years. I guess their longevity could be taken as an indicator as to its popularity. There's always a steady stream of customers coming and going here up till today.

The noodles are springy and has a good bite to it. Although I personally prefer another place's noodles better, the winning thing about Tanpopo's ramen is their soup. Very tasty soups and lots of different choices.

My only gripe is that I've recently noticed that they are getting more stingy with their ingredients. Pretty sure they used to give more roast pork than the measly one slice that they did on my recent visit. Easily rectifiable with extra side orders but obviously it'll cost more. The portions are sufficient to keep you full, but if you want more than just noodles and soup (and vege if the type of ramen you order comes with it), you'll probably have to get some sides to add to your ramen.

I still patronise Tanpopo though. Love their soups.

I found out about this place through a friend as "handmade noodles".
U can see the owner treating apart his strips of noodles for the orders.
It's not a very flashy restaurant but the prices are Reasonable :)
