I was excited to go and visit Taiko, a restaurant in my neighbourhood, for the first time. We went with the banquet. While the sashimi was great it was overall disappointing- there were barely any vegetables and no rice. The food was only meat and fish. I was so hungry when I got home I had tomatoes on toast.

My partner and I recently went here to celebrate our year anniversary together. The food was beautiful and well presented. We also found the staff was very friendly. I'd give this place two thumbs up! I had a pleasant and very enjoyable time there. Highly recommended!

Had dinner at Taiko Japanese last week with a few friends and the experience was terrific. The kaarage chicken was a real highlight - infact we were all fighting over it! Don't dine out in Kingland much but now that we had such a good experience at Taiko Japanese I'm sure we'll be back!
