First and foremost we are coffee geeks! We live coffee, we love coffee and we love talking about it.
We have roasted our own coffee for almost 20 years, and the surprising thing, the coffee taste has hardly changed during this time. Even though the size of our roaster has grown from the very small intimate 5 kilo Diedrich Roaster we started with, to the modern automated 45 kilo Diedrich we have today.
As a result of this attention to the finished product, we can guarantee every cup of coffee in every Sierra café.
Our food offering is relatively unique as well. Each Cafes Menu has been customized to suit the local customers. What you get from a CBD Café is a very different offer to the Sierra found in your local village.
What is consistent though, is that most food is prepared fresh on site, every day.
