Went to Robert Harris Remuera in April 2010 with my family for a birthday afternoon tea.

We purchased quite a few coffees/shakes and some snacks.

One of the smoothies that we purchased was a banana one and it tasted quite bad - like green bananas, we weren't happy with it and asked if another one could be made.

The lady owner refused to make a new one as she thought there was nothing wrong with this one. And stood over our table arguing and arguing about this smoothie.

We were shocked at the lengths someone goes to, to avoid making a new drink, we were forced to leave when the unreasonable owner would not leave us alone to enjoy the rest of our food!!

What happened to the customer is always right? If you want a nice pleasant experience with reasonable shop owners, go to the nearby Sierra Cafe!!
