hi there,

i went into the cafe and as i walked in it looked like i was walking into church..umm i went there to enjoy a coffee not go to church. the staff were great and friendly but 1 lady-think she might be the manager/owner-blonde lady, kinda looked old, skinny..she was mean looking and looked very unwelcoming- if thats a word. i would give this cafe half a star if i could as that lady made my experience bad. coffee was great though but please go over with management of how to smile and make your customers feel welcomed. i shall be back to the Rabbithoe sometime soon and hope that one lady dont let your company down please.

Great to see the rabbithole cafe team getting into the halloween spirit today....the spunky chef was very easy on the eye!Coffee is always a treat there as is the service with a smile. Today scrambled eggs were the meal of choice- fantastic.Looking forward to may return visits to rabbithole cafe this summer.

Stopped in at the Rabbit Hole for morning tea this week, and enjoyed a very nice coffee and yummy, moist carrot cake. The kids enjoyed their brownie and scone, while my youngest chose a fluffy and one of the cute mini-cupcakes on the counter. I would love to go back one day to try a meal, as the items on the blackboard menu sounded delicious.

Had lunch today at the Rabbithole Cafe with a friend and must say, what a nice experience from start to finish. It's a great little setting in Herne Bay.
The vegetarian panini with haloumi cheese was fantastic, although the berry smoothie was a bit lacking.
Service was attentive and friendly and the all day breakfast options give me more than enough reasons to pay another visit to the Rabbithole Cafe.

Had purchased a special offer voucher for the Rabbithole, so was a little further from home than I would usually travel for breakfast. But it was worth it! Very friendly staff, dealt with an unusual request for coffee (short black over long ice) without a hitch. Food was great and lots of it. Lovely to see a place for children to play where mothers could watch but relax.

Hi everyone, have been to the Rabbithole Cafe several times now and so far great coffee, the young Polynesian man at the counter is exceptionally friendly. Amazing decor, i really liked the atmosphere in this place.
However my most recent venture here was not so great and i left thinking that perhaps they had some management issues. As i went to the bathroom i could see the kitchen in full swing. it looked filthy, dirty dishes everywhere right next to the food, bin overflowing. I left shortly after that deciding to stay on the safe side. The only saving grace about my Rabbithole Cafe experience was that my coffee was waiting for me at the counter and it tasted great.

Have been to this cafe far too often over the last wee while...food, service and coffee are amazing plus they are exceptionally kid friendly if you happen to have one or two of those in tow!k Have not been served food with such speed (especially on a weekend) in such a long time. Can't speak highly enough about it. Get there before the words gets out much further!

Called in to the Rabbithole Cafe on our way back from a morning spent at the zoo.
Really small little place and even though it's early days, really pleasing to see being well supported by the latte crew.
We grabbed a few coffees and drinks for the kids - nothing can go wrong for that order right...but just had to post at how friendly the staff at The Rabbithole cafe were - many other cafes and restaurants could take a leaf out of their book.
We'll be back next time we're in Herne Bay - for a more extensive investigation this time!
