Pearl Garden Dim Sim Restaurant

Pearl Garden has two seating options, on the deck (which is covered) or inside. I prefer outside as there seems to be a bit more room then inside where the tables are close together. Once you’re seated it doesn’t take long for the food to come around.I’ve only been there for lunch, where they serve yum char (but I’m sure you can order from the menu if you wish). In my opinion they are one of the best yum char places in Auckland. Their food always tastes fresh and is well presented. You’re given quite a variety of food to choose from, including various dumplings and rice rolls, and for the more adventurous there are delicacies like chicken feet and tripe. All the food I've eaten at Pearl Garden has been delicious.The staff there are great and have no problem with telling you what everything is in English. Also, you’re never passed by, they’re quite attentive.Prices are a bit steeper than other yum char’s I’ve been to, but I don’t mind as the food and service is superior.
