I HAVE EATEN AT OH CALCUTTA THREE TIMES......AND ALL THREE TIMES I HAVE BEEN.....I AM NEVER DISSAPPOINTED WITH THIS RESTAURANT.....THEIR CUISINE IS BEAUTIFUL.......FRESH......TASTY.....AND FILLING......THE STAFF IS VERY WELCOMING AND FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.......I RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ALL THOSE WHO LOVE SPICY.....AND NOT SO SPICY INDIAN CUISINE.....BEAUTIFUL
I would say without any hesitation that this is the best Indian restaurant in the town! The food is both Authentic and delicious. And the prices are quite reasonable. A wide variety to select from. Would definitely recommend to any one looking for nice Indian curries.
This is definitely my favourite (along with my partner's) Indian cuisine resturant! The food is excellent, and our favourite Indian dish, the Butter Chicken is always just absolutely gorgeous. The environment and service offered is also top notch and we always leave very satisfied. We've returned many-a-time and always enjoyed it as much as our first. We recommend this place to all our friends, and feel everyone else should try for themselves too.
Oh Calcutta is, by far, my favourite Indian restaurant in Auckland. Amazing food (in particular the garlic naan and raita), great service and great atmosphere.
Oh Calcutta is a fantastic restaurant. The atmosphere is lovely and the service is very professional. Most importantly, the food tastes great. I haven't been to another Indian restaurant that matches up to this place.
Best Indian food in Auckland, always busy so you must book a table so you won't be disappointed.
I’ve eaten in at Oh Calcutta on Parnell High Street twice now (and ordered take-away a couple of times too) and the meals have always been of the highest calibre. The service is sometimes a little slow but the food makes up for any slight delay in your order being taken.
