Awful! bad service, rude staff and being ignored for 40 minutes without being seated or receiving a menu. Don't even bother going to Non Solo Pizza you will be sorely disappointed

Terrible terrible. How can a pizza be so tasteless? Such a disappointment. Expensive bad food with poor service. Auckland has so many nicer pizzerias. I do not understand how or why Metro voted Non Solo Pizza Best Italian Restaurant. They clearly wouldn't know a good pizza. Stay Away!

Bad. Very bad. Non Solo Pizza is terrible. Very bland food. If you have any knowledge whatsoever in what real Italian is you will be aware that this is not real Italian. The pizzas were oily, flavourless. I thought for sure you couldnt go wrong with pizza, it is in the name of the restaurant. Do yourself a favour and do not waste your money here. It's VERY expensive too! The service was good. That was the one thing that redeemed this place. I havent been this disappointed in a very long time.

The food is average for what you pay for, so don't expect an amazing time. The let down is the service which is VERY low. We went for lunch and somehow got shoved to the front/bar area by the very rude maître d'. At the bar area people were smoking! We did say we didn't like it, but the waiter ignored us & quickly asked if we wanted water and left, so we didn't stick around for the average food to accompany our second hand smoke, we got up and left. We will never go back to NSP, there are loads of restaurants in Auckland with out the attitude.

Couldnt agree more. TERRIBLE PLACE. Do not eat at Non Solo Pizza. Such a rip off. We made the mistake of staying here and wasting $150 on bland tasteless food. - Report

Had a farewell lunch with a colleague at Non Solo Pizza today and can safely say that it was my best Auckland dining experience for quite some time.
Staff are very professional and have real personality (an asset to the restaurant).
Food is particularly good - an experience to be savoured for sure.
The only drawback with Non Solo Pizza is the noise - it can get pretty loud in there!

A girlfriend and I had dinner at Non Solo Pizza on Friday evening. We arrived without a booking around 7pm and managed to secure the last table for two which was inside and near the serving area. The service was OK although the waiter mixed up the Riesling and Chardonnay and was rushing us a bit to place our order. I do have to say that the food was very good. We had some delicious stuffed bread to start with and the goat feta ravioli was exceptional as was the tasty seafood spaghetti dish. Prices are a little on the high side for Italian and the size of the portions small, but judging by how packed the place was that was of no concern. I'd definitely return to NSP and would recommend the pasta.

My husband and I popped in to Non Solo Pizza, or NSP to the locals, in Parnell for a quick late lunch and the service was spot on. We said we only had 30 mins to eat and were directed away from our first dish as it would have taken too long to cook (how many times have you turned up for a quick bite, said so to the waiter and accidentally ordered a dish that takes longer to cook, and the waiter says nothing!!).

We opted for the raviolli which was cooked to perfection, slightly fried in butter - fantastic. Quick service, great food, ambiance was casual yet still busy.

Definitely recommended!

My 3 visits were due to nice exterior ambient of the restaurant. 2 times I had a pizza. They were ok. Apart from that, you are not treated nicely. if you stay shortly after consuming your meal or drink, they openly mention that they are looking to have more guests and you are taking their seats. With more friendly attitude from staff I would like to come again.

I have been here twice, and unfortunately, despite the hype, was very disappointed both times. First time, slow service. Second time, appalling service, rude staff, very long wait. Waitress got my order totally wrong and then told me I was lying... Very disappointed in this place.

NSP remains one of Auckland's fine dining establishments. Nestled in the heart of the buzzing Parnell you receive a warm welcome from the Maitre'd who will show you to the elegant, chic dining room where your tastebuds will explode with the tantalising flavours of devine wines and exquisite flavours delivered in whatever your menu choice might be.
Throughout what was a busy evening, our waiter was attentive, providing just the right amount of attention which ensured dinner courses and coffees all arrived with the timing of a world class ballet.

I went to NSP the other day with my family. Dressed from work; casual wear mind you, I was still serviced respectfully as any man or woman would like to be. A waitress came and applied us 4 with napkins onto our laps, which was unexpected but taken with appreciated surprise and when we ordered our entree of garlic bread it was brought to us in 10 mins. Excellent service, excellent food, except the main pastas are quite smaller than expected of a main dish, to which I was still quite hungry after mine.
2 members of my family had chosen pizza as their main, and they were rather large and looked delicious. It kind of made up for the 40 mins we had to wait for it but you would still expect only as much as 25/30 mins for a main meal to be served.
Every 10 mins or so a waiter would come by and fill up our glasses of water.
I felt it was more of a restaurant for businessmen and women although the atmosphere seemed warm and inviting.

I would definitly go back but choose a pizza next time to get my moneys worth.

Been here quite a few times now and its still one of my favourite places in Parnell. Food at Non Solo Pizza is awesome! Summer time table outside in the courtyard is a must!

Definitely a good idea to book ahead, but Non Solo Pizza also have a nice little bar area if you have to wait. Service is good, but its definitely the fabulous food that keeps me comming back.

Good varied menu, lovely setting. Have been here many times and the place is always buzzing and had to wait for a table so worth booking one before hand. Waitresses always seem quite stressed but the food and surroundings make up for that.
