New Flavour Restaurant Information

New Flavour Restaurant is revered for its juicy pork dumplings, but don't think that's all this Chinese Dominion Road resident is capable of cooking up - you'll be surprised at how mouth-watering New Flavour Restaurant's cumin squid and deep fried pork belly will be!

Have been here 3 times since it moved next door/changed owners and every time we have been in, have received rude service and food takes around 40 minutes to arrive, when it is not the same :(

Have been going to this restaurant for 5 years and it is really sad to see the standards have dropped. Last night, we ordered dumpling. It took around 45 minutes to arrive and not to mention there were only two tables that were being occupied. Have noticed the change in table staff...very rude every time we have been in. It makes our experience very uncomfortable.

Although the decor of this restaurant would make you think twice - it's reputation is why it can't be beaten! This little restaurant is amongst a few on dominion road and is known for it's very popular entree "dumplings". They have over 15 flavours to choose from and three different styles to receive them so you shall never be bored coming here again and again. Their service was efficient and great value for money! Try and get to the restaurant by 6.30pm to avoid disappointment.

Affectionately known as "Manual Noodle", New Flavour Restaurant has the best vege dumplings. While lacking in ambiance, it does make up for this with a delicious selection of dishes. The Spicy Peanut Tofu and Sizzling Tofu are excellent. The
'Pancakes' are also a fantastic (although oily!). It is also very cheap. 4 people can usually eat for around $10-15 each.
Try New Flavour Restaurant out! You won't be sorry!

Don't be afraid of those oddly translated items on the menu at New Flavour Restaurant. I can vouch that 'garlic mater convovulous', 'the homely sauce braises the fish' and 'mushroom rape' (yes, that's really what it says) among others are all great.

PS: Garlic mater convovulous is some sort of spinach type of leaves with lashings of garlic, yum. Why not make a game of it and order the item you're least familiar with?
