Moustache Milk and Cookie Bar is a fantastic place to take the kids for a holiday treat. We went to a kids comedy one afternoon, then followed up with afternoon tea. There was a line going out the door, which really just added to the anticipation, and it was warm and cosy when you got inside. The cookies lived up to expectations, as did the icecream sandwiches. The older kids also loved the hot chocolate with a stick of Whittakers. Not a lot of seating so you may have to take away, but yummy food and a fun experience.

Despite the chilly weather, I have been having ice cream sandwich cravings whenever I finish dinner. By far, the best place to purchase these delicious moreish morsels is Moustache Milk and Cookie Bar.Cookies are their main selling point, and you get swallowed by the lovely aroma of freshly baked cookies as soon as you walk near their entrance. Flavours like Nutella, Snickers, chunky chocolate, black forest and peanut butter, these big round gems are displayed in huge glass jars on the counter as well as the cooling rack for the ones fresh from the oven. You can choose two different flavours of cookies for their ice cream sandwiches which they warm up before assembling. In terms of ice cream, they only have vanilla but it is a great way to let the flavours of the cookie shine. I like how they cut the sandwich in half, making it perfect for sharing the calories with a friend. They make a great cup of coffee and the service is always friendly. The only downside is that the store is small and it is more tailored for takeaway with limited seating options inside. Nevertheless, great place to stop for a cookie and an ice cream sandwich or two!

Moustache Milk and Cookie Bar is a great little find in the middle of the city - had to queue to get in (a sign of a good place, surely!!??!!) but was well worth the wait. The mocca was the best I have ever had, definitely need some extra seats. Enjoyed watching them making fresh cookies while we were waiting. Excellent!

It was a cool little place! The cookies were amazing. I also had a hot chocolate along with my work mates and were all found that they could be a little hotter. Mind you it tasted amazing. They maybe could put some seats outside. Good luck with the business!

Oh this place is so exciting. So well branded and designed, cookies are DELICIOUS and love the chocolate moustache in my mocha! Staff were lovely. Moustache was packed because it's just so small, but just proves how wonderful a place it is!

What a brilliant, well-executed idea!! Moustache is one of those places that the moment you walk in the door you feel welcome and just can't stop looking around at how incredibly thought out and genuine the whole experience is. It is an experience! It's wholesome, feel-good, and the staff are extremely friendly. Delicious cookies! And the Whittaker's Hot Chocolate melts in your mouth!! Definitely going to be a regular customer.

Absolutely amazing!!!Everything about Moustache is like a wonderland of childhood memories.Interior is fabulously well thought out and simply beautiful.Best tasting hand made cookies around and the hot chocolate is to die for. Would happily wait in line any day to get the great food and even better friendly service. Can't fault a single thing. Will absolutely be back for great food and to support very hard working staff. Popped into moustache before work today and was totally worth it!

Had the cookies and cream milkshake which was really good! (Not surprising as I later discovered they used Kohu road) Along with a cinnamon cookie. Cookie had that perfect cookie texture too not too crunchy and soft on the inside..

Service was great. Considering it was the morning rush the girl behind the counter was friendly and helpful. Will be back for a coffee and more cookies later in the week no doubt!

i was really looking forward to going to moustache, especially because that is about the only bar i can go. i am 38 weeks pregnant!
so, i finally made my way there this arvo (the place smells amazing) and soon came the disappointment: they have 3 bar stools that were taken. i asked the lady behind the counter if those were the only seats, she said yes and i said nicely:' i can stand up so i have to go'. she just said: 'sorry' (but she didn't seem to be sorry. she was busy carrying on with the conversation she was having with the people sat on the bar stools).
how can a new business let customers walk out?
she didn't even try to say something like: 'let me see if i have a spare chair at the back' (even if she didn't have one) or something...
either they are already rolling in cash, so don't need more customers, or they are not fans of pregnant women...
i was not impressed and am not going back for the lack for customer service.

Not one to usually get caught up in the hype but moustache milk and cookie bar is the real deal. I would have given it a full five stars after my visit here yesterday but for a few ( assumed) teething issues- eftpos not working and the majority of stock in short supply.
Can forgive moustache for this though- they seemed worked off their feet and with many hungry punters looking to give them a try, who can blame them.
Such a simple concept- why have we not had something similar before?
Well done moustache- you get my vote.

love it! very lucky to get in today - Moustache was absolutely heaving. The Vanilla milkshakes are great and if you want a bit more indulgence, try the Oreo marshmallow cookie.
Working so close to Moustache is going to mean one thing - more time spent at the gym but a worthwhile sacrifice! Well done on a successful opening
