As i entered the front door of Mondo Cafe for the first times in months i was amazed by the renovated interior, gone was the old boring tables and plain walls, in place lovely decals and a white/red theme decorated the cafe. The long couch in matching colours proved to hard to resist to my weary legs. The lovely welcome from the new owners of Mondo Cafe made a great impression (so nice to know your custom is appreciated). I stuck to my favourite french toast and sat back and admired the refreshed scenery. In no time at all i was very politely presented with a most gorgeous plate full of scrum-my french toast, maple syrup, well cooked bacon and grilled banana. The food was fresh and was an absolute taste sensation, cooked to perfection. The serving was HUGE but i made myself finish every last drop. I'm not a coffee drinker but the hot chocolate was brilliant. As Arnie said: I will be back!
