Metro Top 50 Restaurants 2011

As part of their annual awards, Metro magazine have released their Top 50 Auckland restaurants.

Ebisu

There are some new entries this year, with two new Britomart restaurants on the list; Vietnamese restaurant Cafe Hanoi and the sophisticated Japanese eatery Ebisu.


Cafe Hanoi

Downtown is well represented as usual, with the spectacular new French-Japanese fusion restaurant Morita on Swanson Street.

Two Ponsonby restaurants are new to the list, including the hip and trendy New Japanese style Cocoro. Our reviewer gave Cocoro a four star review.

The second new Ponsonby restaurant is the uber-popular MooChowChow, bringing a sense of fun to Asian dining in the central suburbs.
