A few of us girls met here for a much anticipated reunion dinner recently and loved it. The atmosphere was just what we were after and the service and food was perfect. Highly recommended and will definitely return.

Went for an early dinner and shared Bread & Dips and Salt & Pepper Squid for entree then both had Scotch Fillet Steak for main, followed by Afogatto and Tiramisu Cheesecake. The food was excellent as was the service. The only reason I didn't award "full marks" was that the Pinot Gris @ $40 on the menu wasn't available and they had no replacement for the same price, and the gas patio heater warming our area ran out of gas half way through our meal and they didn't have another gas bottle - I feel sorry for anyone that came after us as it was a very chilly night.

Super friendly staff at Mecca Chancery - popped in for a quick drink and ended up ordering a late lunch as well!
Even on a really cold day they had the heaters turned up so it was nice sitting outside & the barman keep turning the heaters around to make sure we were all comfortable. Be going back to Mecca soon!

High quality food and professional staff. Suitable for business lunches and dinners. Recommend. Prefer Mecca Chancery to the other Mecca locations - Ive found the food here to be better.

Mecca has all the advantages of being located in chancery, one of my favourite places in town. You can lounge in the sun on Friday afternoon enjoying a glass of wine. There lots of tasty dishes on the menu, it's a great place to go to with a group of people. The service however can be a bit slow, especially when it's very busy. The toilets leave much to be desired. In spite of the flaws mentioned above, the overall experience has always been positive.

Some of the friendliest staff in town! Had a meeting with a client last week at Mecca Chancery and ordering coffees, couldn't help being involved in a football conversation - it was hysterical!
Great to have that sort of banter - a lot of Auckland cafes could take a leaf out of their book! Well done to Mecca Chancery!
