ME Coffee Boutique was established by co-owners Hans Pronk and Jordan Russel.

Hans Pronk:
- Began as a Barista in 1998
- Worked with Roasting Company in 2005
- Worked with Coffee Retail in 2006
- Began Roasting Boutique, Merito Espresso in 2007
- Began Espresso Bar, ME Coffee Boutique in May 2009

Jordan Russel:
With a passion for coffee excellence and building genuine relationships with everyone he meets, Jordan felt he could be of great benefit to ME Coffee Boutique. Feel free to drop by and have a chat about anything, even (especially!) coffee.
