I went to the Bog Irish Bar for lunch today prepared to be unimpressed. But turns out they have a good menu, although we all ended up ordering the St Paddy's Melt which was simple but tasty. It arrived quickly and was just fine. I will be back!

Good pub, especially for a week night out. Centrally located so handy for most city people. Pub grub is good and generous. Staff friendly!

The Bog on Parnell Road is your average Irish themed pub - nothing exceptional, but it does what it sets out to do. Good crowd of people in the evenings and at weekends.
