Went there for dinner over the weekend and the meal was awesome.
Even though they were busy the wait wasn't too bad either.
Would recommend this place as a place to go and get a good quality meal. cheers
We decided to go as thought this would be a good family dinner out for the kids but was really disappointed in the size of the servings for the price paid. Of particular disappointment to round out the evening was $3.50 for one small scoop of ice cream for kids dessert..no choc sauce, sprinkles or anything! Wouldn't recommend this as a good value night out to take the family.
Awesome place for dinner with the family and great for kids too
We were greated warmly and had a few beers then moved onto dinner which was outstanding. Probably some of the best pub food I have had in a very long time. I had the steak wrapped in bacon outstanding!!
Great value Great food Awesome staff
Thanks mad dogs we will be back
Thursday nights 25% off food and drinks is absolutely awesome, we frequent Mad Dogs & Englishmen as being a family of 7 it is value for your money. The food is fresh and the portions are extremely generous. The staff has always been friendly and super helpful.
I was a regular at this pub until a few weeks ago when I was called a dickhead by one of the bar staff for complaining about mixing half eaten spare ribs (which were for the dog) with untouched ribs when we had specifically asked for 2 seperate containers, Poor service.
My Partner and I had our engagement drinks at Mad Dogs & Englishmen - the staff were amazing, absolutely brilliant. Kind to everyone, very co-operative, great to our guests and patient with us also. We had ordered food to be out at 6pm - it came out promptly and was delicious. All our guests were so impressed and I guarantee we will all be back. Thanks guys! You made our night that extra special!!!! :)
Food is Ok with generous helpings. Service varies from excellent to non existent depending on the individuals on .
Beer is expensive for what is essentially a cheaply converted warehouse in an industrial area.
mad dogs and englishmen! what a name and the expectations were fulfilled! great little pub!
