Very nice cafe - called in for a coffee and a panini earlier today after a meeting in the area. The drive thru element is interesting but the most surprising thing was the extensive nature of the food - vast selection with all the counter stuff that I could see looking very tasty. My selections were all good - Kreem Cafe is most definitely worth a visit if you're out in Avondale.
