Kings Cafe

My man is a manager in the hospitality industry and we eat out at least twice a week so we know good service from bad, any way i came here with my family for a coffee and lunch a few weeks back and my niece had a coffee card that applied for a free "coffee"
anyway my niece wanted a hot chocolate not a coffee... but the waitress said NO has to be coffee, we couldn't understand why we couldnt just claim a hot choc and the waitress made such a fuss about it and was soo rude in the end she said we could get a "mocha" not a hot choc which costs more then a hot choc so there loss? very weird in my opinion the customer is always right and for them kick up a stink was uncalled for over a stupid "free" coffee we had spent say $60 on food and like 5 other coffees that day so a "free hot choc" with the coffee card would be nothing against what we spent, any way the waitress rolled her eyes at us when she handed over the mocha. RUDE tart... oh plus the food tasted like cr#* not fresh and rubbery, we wont be back we'l head to Palmer's cafe instead next time we in the area

Food is excellent, staff were cheerful and friendly and the coffee is the best!!!I have been to Kings Cafe several times and thoroughly recommend to anyone.
