We recently had brunch at Jones the Grocer. The service was extremely quick. Didn't have to wait for coffees or food which was great especially with kids. The crepes were delicious, served with berries and mascarpone. The coffee was good and the fluffy served in cute cups with angel wings on them. The only gripe was the Huevos rancheros were not served as I've had them in other places. It was more of a bacon and eggs with a soft tortilla. Still, I would return to Jones the Grocer if only for the crepes.

The coffee was a little bit over done, but the veggie eggs benedict (at Jones The Grocer - ed) was spot on, as was the banana loaf, as was the cinnamon swirl, er as was the cup cake - just don't tell the wife!!!

We dropped into Jones the Grocer behind the swimming pool in Newmarket for a coffee and a cake and will definitely be back for lunch. The food looks great, the service was great and I love the little bits you can buy. Definitely a good addition to Newmarket's already pretty awesome eating establishments!
