The owners of Jambalaya Southern Kitchen, Joey & Julie Moon, invite you to join them for a hearty home-cooked meal just 30 minutes north of the Auckland City Centre on the Hibiscus Coast, Whangaparaoa.
They first made the move to New Zealand from Georgia, USA in 2001 and love their life in Auckland, but REALLY miss their good ol' southern and Tex-Mex food. The natural thing to do was to import authentic Southern over to New Zealand - what better way to get the best of the two worlds they love?
Joey and Julie's menu is like a big Jambalaya with a whole lot of Southern dishes artfully housed into one little restaurant. Come and enjoy the American Jambalaya lazy beach town atmosphere with tasty food, beautiful wines, frosty beers, pink lemonade margaritas and good tunes - and don't ever leave without having a slice of the quintessentially American pecan or key lime pie!
