Have been to the Falls Restaurant a number of times in the last year or so for brunch, lunch, and wine in the afternoon. It is at the higher end of the price range for Henderson but it's worth every cent. I'm never disappointed in the food or service. The courtyard is lovely if it's not the middle of winter, and the staff strike the right balance, being on hand but not obtrusive. Falls Restaurant is one of my favourite places to eat now. Current favourite: salmon and scallop orzo.

Have been to the Falls Hotel 3 times this year - twice in the evening and another time for drinks. Found the service and food excellent. It is at the upper end of the scale for Henderson cost-wise but the ambience is great and thoroughly enjoyed the entire meal.

Customer service not so good when we went to Falls Restaurant & Cafe. Had a pregnant friend with me who ordered an iced coffee which was on the menu ... only to be told that they couldn't make it as there was no iced coffee ingredients. Maybe their ingredients are different from the hot coffee I had?


My friend, being pregnant and craving an iced coffee, was not impressed and would have happily had a 'hot' shot of coffeee in a large glass with lots of cold milk. We were told "that is not how we make iced coffee here."
