Someone misinformed us and said that this cafe was child friendly. It is not even friendly let alone child friendly! Luke warm coffee that took ages to come. Unwiped tables, attitude of all but one staff member sulky and as unhappy to be there as we were in the end! The custard croissant was devine, such a shame the service, ambience and treatment left one with a sour taste in one's mouth! If you must go there, buy the croissant take away. Get coffee elsewhere, sandwich elsewhere and no smiles or charm available there - take away or dine in!

We had heard that this place was child friendly although our experience didn't match that reputation! Someone from our coffee group phoned and made a booking (making it clear there would be 10+ of us plus babies). When we turned up we were made to feel less than welcome. We were quite rudely moved from where we had started to set up and were put in the back...Despite all of us ordering food and drinks we felt like we were a complete nuisance.
Food and coffee was good but we won't be rushing back due to the treatment we received - such a shame for them as there were 14 of us - imagine the long term spending...
