Love this place.
This is the kind of place that once you have been to, you will return many times. I can't imagine going to Matakana and not popping in at least for a coffee.
Full of beautiful things to look at (and buy) as well as to eat!

This is a little gem! Used to drive past the Dragonfly Cafe and never realised what was hidden behind the hedge.
Beautiful food and coffee in a great setting. Playground to keep the kids busy as we checked out the store.
The whole place is a beautiful shop with gorgeous art, homewares, jewelery and scarves. Cafe tables are scattered around the stores as well as sitting area in oudoor courtyard.
We will most definitely be back to Dragonfly Cafe!!

Delicious food, Great Location, Great Service and a brilliant area for kids to play!!! Our whole family enjoyed Dragonfly Cafe and was fantastic to see some great Gluten Free Options that my wife could have! The gallery had some brilliant pieces of art and lots of nic nacks also. Dragonfly is just past ascension vineyard on the right hand side and well before the hustle and bustle of the Matakana Village with plenty of parking! Well worth checking up next time you head north!!
