I booked a business lunch for 4 people here, after reading about it in ViewAucklands list of best reataurants for lunch outside of the CBD. It was a good choice. The first good thing about the place was lots of available parking, very useful. We received a nice warm welcome and were shown to our table, which had beautiful outlook over the park and gardens. The service was prompt without being in your face, drinks may have been a bit quicker but we weren't in a great hurry. All of the meals were superb, the seafood chowder in particular was incredibly tasty. Pricing was not over the top for a good quality restaurant, about expected. We will return again.

The location, as always is amazing. Presentation of food, fantastic. Thought the serving staff let down the restaurant a little - dropped a few items, and weren't super friendly - but Cornwall Park Restaurant is still one of my favourite places to eat breakfast.
