Cazador Restaurant doesn't just expertly dish out some of the best game dishes such as venison, pheasant, duck and wild pork that are imbued with Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavours; it's head chef, Tony Lolaiy even goes out on hunting trips for his own catch. Tony's such a lover of game hunting that he'd even embrace cooking the game meat that patrons bring into the restaurant!
