Blue Turtle Cafe is located at the end of St Heliers' small mall. Blue Turtle seems to me like a secret garden. It's close to the beach, but not really noticiable.
I really like the hot chocolate here. They also give you stamp. Before you enter this place, you can have a look at the little magazine/book shop, handbag shop, women's wear, furniture shop etc....
