Average food and poor service. My daughter had been mailed an offer of a "free meal" for her birthday and so we decided to go there for our celebration dinner. Very offhand service when I arrived, I asked for my daughter's table and the owner nodded with his head to the back of the place. We were a party of seven adult dinners. My daughter mentioned the "free meal" offer when she arrived and again to the waitress when ordering her meal. It took quite a while to get our meals although the waitress did apologise saying that they were busy that night (Tuesday). When we left my daughter was charged for her meal. When we queried this with the owner he said that the waitress was new and "didn't know the rules about free meal offers". It seems that only some meals are included in the free offer but the rules around this are not obvious. After some discussion the owner decided to charge for half of my daughter's meal. His attitude was very offhand and didn't seem to care that this issue had spoiled a celebration dinner and also didn't seem to care if we came back again or not. We wont be going back!

Absolutely love this place, a family favourite & we have been going there for years celebrating birthdays etc. Good staff, and the owner is very friendly! Reasonably priced, meals are divine! I highly recommend the seafood fettucine. Very relaxed environment, fast service

We rocked up with no booking, long Easter weekend, busy restaurant, greeted us nicely seating discreet as it was obvious we were a mushy pair doing the romantic thing. This is a family friendly restaurant kids welcomed noted by the several tables with them, not noisy or sitting on top of each other (of course noise level would depend on the diners of the night). Not a high end swanky restaurant but very cosey and inviting. Water supplied immediately with menus for beverages and food. Friendly waiters introduction straight off. Able to explain the menu well with what each dish comprised off, able to do a few swaps eg: salad for vegies, chips for potato mash, hold mushrooms etc....We are sea food lovers who dine out frequently both here and in Oz. We were not disappointed entrees a good size as were the mains. Nicley presented cooked to perfection. Good wine list and fabulously naughty dessert choices (if you can fit it I recommend you try). For those meat lovers steak was perfect for the boyfriend. By the by did not go for the pizza this evening as was craving treasures from the sea but you can not go past their pizza menu for both gourmet and old faves. We prefer not to go back to the same restaurant twice as we like variety but this is one we make an exception for. Give it a go. Pricing reasonable for what we ordered. So why not a 5 instead of the 4. As friendly and inviting as the staff and environment was. They lost a point for my calamari (entree) being a bit on the chewy side (strips not rings so it is harder to time these, so can easily be forgiven).

Have dined in and found it to be very relaxed, and staff were charming. Had an enthusiastic waitress, but she was lovely. Wine list could be abit more extensive, but food was superb. Highly recommend the prawns. Very clean and hygienic – need to watch out going down the steps to the bathrooms. Also now frequenting restaurant for take-out food. Food is always ready when they say it will be for pick up, always extremely hot and is of the quality you receive as a dine in customer. Highly recommend this restaurant. Especially when the man on the sax is playing outside! Fabulous restaurant, chefs, and staff.

We went to this restaurant on a Friday evening, the place was over half full at 7.30pm so were considering going elsewhere because we didn't want to wait too long for service.... however, we need not have worried. The service at Blitza-Pizza was great, food was excellent!!! Tasty and delicious. On the higher side pricewise but well worth it.... would go there again....
