Mt Eden’s buzzing twenty three is actually the place to go for two of Auckland’s best egg dishes. Their Eggs Royale combines tasty homemade hash browns with perfectly- poached eggs and a Hollandaise sauce, while twenty three’s version of Spanish-style Huevos a la Flamenca blends baked eggs with Serrano ham, chorizo and shrimps.
