Saturday lunchtime - ordered coffee and toasted sandwich x2 - took 30 minutes for the coffee which was mildly good; took 45 minutes for the sandwich and other customers were waiting the same length of time (bread good - could have made better at home!) - not impressed as Howick does need good locations with good service.
