A perfect cool place for an absolutely amazing night out, specially on the friday and Saturday's nights with Belle dancer. food is amazing...service is very appreciable....all the staff is very friendly . i visited Troy Restaurant & Bar for the birthday party of my daughter on saturday night..........and went out completely satisfied with the product they offered ! the coolest thing about Troy Restaurant is its ambiance and the generosity and smile that its staff would treat you.a perfect place to dine out.........i really wonder why people would have bad reviews for such a nice place ?

Unfortunately this is the lowest rating available! I would have given it zero stars! Not only was the food the worst I've ever experienced including fast food joints! The staff were rude, unattending (having to continuously head up to the bar or ask at the desk for attendance).
We were also over charged by $109 and attempts of adding bottles of wine we didn't order or meals also.
Which meant another drive over to sort this over payment out! Utterly disappointing night out for a work function!!
I cannot emphasis enough how bad the food was!!

food was terrible, service was really bad.
we orderd king prawns in shell as entree and that was a joke, $15 for shrimps more like it.
food was uncooked and fatty. overall very bad experience.

We got seated at a lovely table in front of the fire which was perfect on the cold night that it was. After being given our menus and brought our drinks, we got told that the table had actually been booked by someone else and that we had to move to another table. We were left to move our menus, drinks, coats, bags, cutlery and plates over to another table. The food was overpriced - mine was more expensive than my friends, even though the meals were EXACTLY the same except for the fact he also had pita bread (he got MORE food than my MORE EXPENSIVE meal??). The dessert was an utter disappointment - especially after waiting for half an hour to get it - he had DRY chocolate mudcake, and my lemon meringue pie was nothing like it should have been - we called into some friends afterwards who had happened to have made some that night and her 'failed' one was amazingly better than the one we had to buy!
