Sitting at the wine box using their free wifi to give 5 stars for an amazing lunch, casserole of the day, steak tomato and olive, the wine is also superb and the service fantastic. Well done to the wine box, thoroughly recommend.
Wine Box Restaurant is a cosy little place with delicious food!!!
Great little restaurant in Albany, good breakfast, always has a fire burning during winter with a service just as warm!
Exciting dishes on offer…
crocodile, ostrich, kangaroo, rabbit…
but dont let that put you off,
the calamari was divine!
suits both the adventure driven diner and the conservative eater…

Popped into the Wine Box in Albany for brunch today and was impressed. It was pretty empty when we went, but could really see it being a bustling but cosy restaurant at night. The breakfast menu was short but included all your favourites from the big grill to French toast. I didn't have a problem with the coffee like your previous reviewer. In fact, liked it so much we booked dinner in a week's time! Recommended.
20/9/08 - Great meal, very friendly service, great atmosphere. Very impressed with the quality of the food. Only slight dissapointment was the coffee. would definitely recommend The Wine Box to others.
