Great atmosphere, with outdoor dining area (great for sunny afternoons). We had fish n chips and steak - both were very good. Choc cake and ice cream for dessert was excellent :-)

A mid-week go to as it's in walking distance to work and always good for a sneaky pint or two to de-stress. It's quite pub-grubby, but the meals at the Paddington are really good value. Often have the BLT (served with chips). There's some pretty sweet deals too - there ain't too many good pubs left in Parnell but the Paddington is far and way the best.

Had a great boozy lunch at the Paddington today with some old ex-workmates. It's always good craic there and it's pretty easy to lose track of time when your downing a few pints in a good setting.
It's a gastro pub too and the menu is not only decent but the meals are pretty massive - another good reason to stay a while.
Had the sirloin steak today which was awesome.
All up a great experience - the Paddington is one of Auckland's best gastro pubs for sure.
