Method > Add cherries, passionfruit pulp, sugar and lemon wedges to a boston > Shake well > Add Gin, Lemon Z and Dubbonet > Shake and strain into pink vanilla sugar rimmed martini glass, garnish with a maraschino cheery on the rim.Flamed lemon zest over the coktail and around glass to bring out the nose.
