This place is a hole. The staff are rude and slow to service; the so called menu offers things that are never available; and if you are lucky enough to get someone to cook for you, they will serve you with out-of-date pies (worse than the sort you get from garages for twice as much as you would pay for a Ponsonby pie).


The restrooms at Jokers on Commerce look like they have never been cleaned. In fact, the general state of hygiene in the establishment makes you wonder why the health department have not closed it down yet.


The only people who will enjoy Jokers on Commerce are gamblers and only then if they don't mind wating for ten minutes while the staff member on duty gets up to a place in their book where they can pause. The good news is the staff are so incompetent that chances are if you win the jackpot, they will give you more money than you won ... avoid at all costs.
