Went to a ViewAuckland.co.nz's re-launch party last night in the private room at Cosh, Ponsonby Road, and thought the room was a perfect place to hire for a party. Views over the city, your own staffed fully stocked bar, plenty of space, good seating and a pole to dance on, around or even up and down! Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for venue hire in Auckland!!!

We had a staff night out at Cosh in the function area and while it was not at capacity by any stretch, it was a great night. We were able to let our hair down and we received great service from staff. It was amazing that there was no booking fee. Its great not having the extra costs when organising a social function. The view!! how they can not charge and provide a place with that view ill never know, well worth booking in. I know who I will be calling first when the next work-do rolls round.

This is not a bar I would normally go into, but ended up there with a couple of mates after work for a few whiskies.

Imagine my delight as i was sitting at a table with the guys and we were approached by a 40ish year old lady, turns out its a "Cougar Lounge"!! There was a bit of the mandatory banter but of course we were gentlemen on our best behaviour. Adds a great dimension to the place though!! A top shelf friday evening establishment.

Until we meet again Cosh..
