Sadly this was a real disappointment on our second visit to Cin Cin. We had been before, and although it was some time back we went expecting the same wonderful fare. However Cin Cin on Quay was so ridiculously priced and my lamb rump was not even warm- let alone cooked. We felt ripped off, and were very sad to think that our visitors for the World Cup would also be ripped off. My Husband had the steak and also was deeply disappointed. White plate scenario but completely offensive, We love dining out and don't mind paying but this was just so disappointing., However Staff were friendly and very attentive, I felt sorry for them.

We're from out of town and doing the touristy thing we spent the day over in Devonport. Unfortunately the restaurants that we came across didn't seem too flash so we high-tailed it back on the ferry.
Cin Cin looked pretty popular so opted for that before heading back to our hotel. Glorious sunny night so dined outside.
Could not fault either the service or the food in one way - I had the Pan Fried Snapper and my husband the Angus Beef Fillet - both good choices but a tad on the pricey side. Infact, that's probably the only reason I didn't give it a 5 star.

Cin Cin on Quay in Auckland Central hosted the launch dinner for the new Wine Entertainment book last night. The dinner was so well booked that they are running a second one tonight.
What a fabulous meal: six courses with a wine match. was a little dubious of a couple of the matches until a mouthful of the gorgeous food was tasted with it. Perfect! The lamb rack was melt in your mouth with a yummy Matariki Sangiovese. The service was perfect all night. I will be back for another Degustation at Cin Cin on Quay if this one was anything to go by.
