Step into the foyer of the old Symonds St Post Office (now Squid Row), head down the stairs to the original boiler room and here you will find Cartel. Now, far from a boiler room with Rococo patterned silk wall panels and sumptuous leather couches. Cartel in Auckland, is a place as the name infers for a 'group of like minded individuals'.
