Would not recommend. 10 of us in the group, and the service was very poor. We had to go to the bar to order more wine, and then they didn't have enough in stock of our wine of choice. It took one and a half hours for the mains to come when they did some were luke warm, over done or completely wrong. No serving utensils were provided with the sides. Didn't hang around for dessert.

Both meals at Buoy Restaurant & Bar undercooked. Sent back one main. Service not quite up to expectations.
I have certain standards having come from a hospo background, but this was overpriced for our dining experience and then I was overcharged. Still enjoyed the Sunday music, check it out.

Buoy Restaurant & Bar has possibly the best location and views on the strip. Fantastic friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous wine list and knowledgeable waiter. Well balanced and reasonably priced modern menu with something for all tastes. We had a fantastic dining experience. Highly recommended.

Outstanding decor, fabulous surroundings and view. My husband and I couldn't wait to dine there as we live locally and have been watching the renovations for a couple of months. Alas! Service was very disappointing!


First visit - Monday, 2nd January:

Food waiter uninformative and very very casual in manner. He made too many mistakes and treated us as though we were his teenage buddies. Food was outstanding though, well done!

Second visit:
Went in for drinks and waited just over 30 minutes, (it didn't appear to be busy). The customers beside us complained to the waiter about the service also. I had to go up to the waiter a second time for more service, plenty of staff on which was great, they just need to be a little more focused on customer satisfaction.


So much potential, but I won't revisit for a while. Teething problems? I hope the service improves over the next few months.
