beautiful stylish and chic! Great venue to start the night off with your girlfriends. Bar staff are nice and friendly!! Prices are a little high but trying a cocktail or two won't hurt too much

The atmosphere is really friendly and nice, looks amazing but the prices are very high. $8-13 for water!? They have a live band playing which is reasonably good and the staff are really friendly so all round, a four out of five.

Great cocktails. Medium prices, but nice. Good service. Nice view. But dirty tables and glasses.

The most expensive coffee in town but hey, you don't go there for such simple pleasures. Bellini at the Hilton Hotel is a treat - nice and swanky and an insight into how the other half lives!

For a low-key, sophisticated night out, Bellini has to be the place to go. A great place to people watch while indulging in perfectly blended cocktails. This is one place you never have to explain how to make your desired drink and the prices ensure you'll never have that one too many. Though you run the risk of meeting the odd 'too-cool-for-school' prat, its better than the half-cut leaches that hang out in the rest of the Viaduct.
